Our team at SKY Marketing Consultants is primarily comprised of industry professionals, each with many years of financial services marketing experience (including with advertising compliance review and regulatory restrictions). As a company, SKY’s primary focus is developing messaging for financial advisors looking to tell their stories, grow their businesses, and expand their reach. In other words, this is what we do every day.
On each individual product page, we have included a description of the product’s content and an image showing you what to expect from that particular product. No part of the materials available through our site may be copied, photocopied, reproduced, translated, or reduced to any electronic medium or machine-readable form, in whole or in part, without prior written consent of SKY Marketing Consultants, LLC. Any other reproduction in any form without the permission of SKY Marketing Consultants, LLC is prohibited.
No, you do not need to create an account on our site in order to purchase a product.
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We can also submit invoices to receive payment by check, if preferred.
Taxes are already included in the price of the product(s) you purchase, so you’re all set.
You will receive your purchased product(s) in a confirmation email, which is sent after the order is processed and payment is received.
If you’d like to cancel or change your order, please contact us at solutions@skymcs.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will fulfill your request.
Other than the videos, you will have the ability to customize any product you purchase yourself with your logo, and the content and disclaimers of all our products can be edited via Microsoft Word or Microsoft Outlook. For additional customization requests (including for videos), please contact us at solutions@skymcs.com with your inquiry.
Prior to sharing any product with a client or implementing the product as a new piece of marketing collateral, you will need to have it reviewed by your compliance department or service. Though we have developed each product with the compliance review stage in mind, we do not guarantee your particular compliance department will approve of any product as-is. You will need to submit the product to your compliance department for review before it can be distributed.
All of the products available in our shop are fully editable, other than the videos. Through Microsoft Word or Microsoft Outlook, you will be able to update any of the core content or disclaimers on the product(s) you’ve purchased.
Though the product(s) you’ve purchased have been developed to be “evergreen” – i.e. the substance of their content should feel timely for the foreseeable future – it is common practice for compliance departments to provide 18- to 24-month approval on marketing collateral once the collateral is reviewed and approved. SKY Marketing Consultants is not responsible for any financial or legal issues/ramifications that may arise due to the distribution of your purchased product outside of the timeframe in which your compliance department has approved it for use. Once the compliance approval of your purchased product has expired, if you plan on continuing to use it, you will need to have the product reviewed and approved once more by your compliance department.
All of the products in our shop are available for individual purchase only.
If you want the product you’ve purchased to reach a wide audience, we recommend sharing it on your website or LinkedIn profile (once it is approved by your compliance department, of course). After you’ve shared the product online, you can then share its link via email or on social media platforms with clients and prospects.
If you require printing of the product you’ve purchased, we can help. Please reach out to us at solutions@skymcs.com with your questions. All printing costs are separate from the price paid for individual products.
